They're very quick with sending DVDs and very generous with the free trials and vouchers BUT I've found their customer service appalling - I got charged loads on my card completely illegitimately as I had a gift card (one someone actually bought for me, not a freeby) and am still having a nightmare getting my money back what with their remote and not very bright customer 'care' call centre.

If they offered me a decade's free dvds I wouldn't take it up now, as there's always the potential once they have your card details that they'll make a 'mistake' and start charging...

I reccommend you don't go near them with a bargepole!

thanks for posting link- I just assumed that you had to log into your account to get to the offer.

yeah, tried that but couldn't see the ad anywhere so searched for the offer on google.

woohooooo now my 60 day trial has been activated!

just a tip to others actually, my other trial is ending on 20th but the discs have been taking 2 days to get to me, so i rang love film and told them that i wanted to cancel before my trial ended and was worried i would get charged for not having enough time to send them back, and they extended the trial for 7 days!!

so that will give me enough time to watch the ones that are on their way to me and then return and cancel :)

Hi there, I get this message when I try that code:
"We're sorry, but the promotion code you've entered has now expired. If you still wish to sign up for 14 day free trial.."

Thanks anyway.

The C6XWK4K7F code (from topcashback link above) does work though for a free 60 day trial.

I signed up for the free trial through quidco but evreytime I try adding things to my list I get an error message from internet explorer and can't go any further.

I want the free trial but can't actually add items to my list:mad:...advise???

willeynotwiley - I can only think you might want to try in Firefox browser. If that doesn't work, give Lovefilm a call and see what they advise.
