I've just (hopefully) signed up for my 4th free trial.

First I tried code EP23M4 for 93 days trial. Code worked but says it was for 2 DVDs only and doesnt give the option of changing the package. (I want games as well so no good for me).

Then I tried D67AX7R3F for 90 day free trial but it told me it was only gonna give me 14 days.

So tried then I tried C6XWK4K7F (60 day trial) and this worked!

I used middle name, diff email, diff bankcard and changed last letter of postcode to one round the corner and manually inputted the address.

Now.. just waiting to see if they spot that this address has had trials before. I got an email saying:

"Dear x,

Thank you for your interest in LOVEFiLM, we are busy authorising your account and you will receive an email from us shortly to confirm all the relevant details of your new service!
Best wishes
The LOVEFiLM team"

Hmmm... don't remember this email from previous times. Think they might be doing manual checks now. Managed to fool the computer a few times.. but the humans..? we'll see.

Not quite 3 months, but you can get 1 month if you go via http://www.choosedvdrental.co.uk/dvd-rental-review/lovefilm.asp - better than LoveFilm's current pokey 14-days.
