If you take a moment to read the whole thread you will see that I originally posted here under my real name but have now stopped after all not many other people do, is Mr Broderick your real name? Furthermore I comment on things like rent increases etc, so it's not appropriate that I give that discreet inside thinking away when my tenants might actually be on here.
