Can't get through to Orange technical support!!

Recently changed from payg to pay monthly and want to change my online account details.

Been given the number 439 for technical support but I can't get through! Must have been on the phone over 5 hours in total. Rang late on Sunday and waited over an hour and no reply!

    What details do you want to change? Have you just tried ringing 150 and seeing if that gets you anywhere?

    Web site team are external and can't be transferred to from any internal numbers (150) . and, I think, only work 9 to 5 mon to fri. Also used to cost 25p a minute to call them.

    150 support give me the 439 number and I've contacted them in the week daytimes too.

    O MY GOD!! ME TOO they are driving me round the bend... i have tried loads of times for the 439 cos that's the one we need ( the people on 150 told us!!)

    I have changed from pay as you go to a monthly cos it is a sim only and works out cheaper for me..

    anyway, when i was on pay as you go i had all my details online and could access them whenever I wanted and i also had my mums details on my site to cos you can register other numbers too..

    but since i have gone pay monthly ( and i have kept my same mobile number) i can get on my account when i sign in and i can get my mums details up but when i click on mine it doesn't come up, I think it is something to do with that was my pay as you go thing but now i am pay monthly and it wont let me register again because my mobile number is already being used ( YEAH BY ME- PICK UP THE PHONE 439 PLIZZZZZZZZ
