Help - Newcastle BS Fixed Rate Options ISA 23A - what was the interest rate?

We opened a Newcastle BS Fixed Rate Options ISA 23A in September last year and none of the documentation says what the interest rate and terms were.
I had in my head that it was a 1 year fix at 6.2% but am just not sure. Also not exactly sure on what happens to it at the end of the period.
Can anyone help fill in the blanks?

Have you got online access to your account or is it telephone only? If so they just changed the online systems which now shows your current rate of interest - failing that call them direct 08456065522 - might be a number on sayno870. As to what happen after maturity I am told they write to you 2-3 weeks prior with options. In the words of Jerry Maguire "SHOW ME THE MONEY"0
