We have just lost our buyers through this scheme as we have a 3 bed house and although our buyers are 5 months pregnant they were told they could only buy a 2 bed house. They were told they could re-apply for a 3 bed in Sept after the baby was born but there may not be any funds available by then!
This scheme is rediculous how can they dictate how many rooms people are allowed? so long as they can afford the payments.0 -

Because the scheme is designed to help people get on the ladder, not to help people be greedy. (although I appreciate this does not apply to your buyers...)0
