I used to own a flat and would keep an eye on how much the ones for sale were up for, i remember one of the three beds came on to the market and the pictures were unbeleivable, i couldnt understand why the EA had bothered really, the floors were just covered in rubbish, the bathroom shot was awful, a brown with dirt bath and toilet, black kitchen floors with dirt. It had been tenanted and then repossed i beleive so im guessing thats why the mess. Its very nice now though.
ive also viewed some s*** holes when looking to buy both my current and previous property and often the pics were not on right move or the details! i could really see why.
Once for walk i had to inspect a 3 bed tenanted property, the rubbish in every room was waist high, i couldnt get up the stairs for the rubbish, there was cat wee and poo up the stairs ont he rubbish, kitchen was flooded in dirty water, mould etc. I actually cleaned my shoes when i left! It was an old lady who obv couldnt cope!
In the case of the OP link i think that its probably the home of someone who may have died etc? ive seen a lot like this, or a tenant who has deliberatly made the mess! lol0 -

No idea about prices in your neck of the woods, but it doesn't look a bad deal, on paper.0 -

it certainly looks like a lot of house for the money.......all boils down to whether I am prepared to live in that area ......it might not be an option if nothing comes up where I actually want to be...in Rainham.YNWA JFT96 :A0 -

Looks like something off of that TV programme where the two ladies go in and clean up some disgustingly dirty house...

Aw.... shame! All the tape in the pics saying 'Do Not Use' was a give-away.
Unfortunately, the pros are not going to be put off by a day or two's tidying and cleaning, as they will probably go through the whole place with the magnolia paint and laminate floors anyway.0
