Can I get a Dial Up Service to use when Broadband doesn't work?

Hi there
I have Tiscali Broadband and having major problems connecting at the moment. Is it possible to get a dial up connection with another ISP to get online when Tiscali Broadband doesn't work?

Yes, just use a PAYG dial up, no need to register. Most decent broadband suppliers have a backup dial up number to use in such instances, I don't know if this applies to Tiscali or not.
PS: Tiscali has been back up since this morning, many ISP's were affected by a fault in the BT system..not just Tiscali.
