Dear MoneySavers
You might have read about a scam whereby internet dialup users have their modem hijacked. The software redials their internet link using very high cost phone charges. Typically in £1.50 a minute.
We have developed some software to stop this and we are giving away the first 1 million copies. You can download it at http://www.surfngshield.com.
Our software also provides useful parental controls to stop kids seeing adult sites.

just get bt to block the numbers (its free)0

BT will block only numbers starting 09 for free. Any other barring is charged at £1.75 per month.
These rogue diallers are often set to dial intenational numbers.BT will charge as above to bar numbers starting 00, ie international numbers.0 -
