Hi,

I managed to place my order @ 09.12am and immediately afterward the five drawer option had been removed.

I have received my email confirmation and now wait - like everyone else to see if this is honoured!! Phew - all last minute stuff!!!

I managed to get 20% off for it being my first order and went through Quidco for an additional 6% cashback.

My OH (although desperately hoping we get it) works in retail and he has checked with his company who have said that if the price was advertised for more than 24/48 hours then we should be ok - otherwise they may well NOT HONOUR the price...

I think we all need to sit tight and wait for the verdict....

just plucked up courage to phone customer services ....nothing showing on their system for me at all. Very nice lady said it might take a day or two to get on the system so hopefully that's the problem. I'll try again tomorrow.

If people keep phoning nobody is going to get anything, just leave it a while to see if anything happens, as it is they have been well and truly alerted to the misprice, if you opened an account you haven't paid any money, if you paid by debit card you'll get your money back

i just don't get people who ruin it for everyone else by phoning up - not only are you decreasing the chance of getting the item, you put others off posting bargains in future.

Well I;ve just managed to order using the quick order thingy onthe site. I've received an automated email confirming the order with delivery within 14 days so I guess its sit tight and wait!
