Well done Godiva, the first step is the worse, I remember noiticing my hands and feet were wet with sheer terror, let us all know how you get on. I am waiting for my paperwork to come through so i can pay the £90, and then re check my list of debts for trillionth time.
Good luck0 -
to be honest that part of things is no different from bc. I checked and checked and checked my SOA until all the words/numbers merged. I then reached a point where i threw it in the corner of the room and left it for ..... a few minutes:oDxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

LOL Dalip Thats is me too. A tweak here and a tweak there to get it right. I have done my Soa, and also did the form on CCCs. Unfortunately, When you apply for DRO with CCCS, they lock your form (not the DRO form) that you filled in originally. I slipped up because i didn't print off a copy, so now have no copy at all. I wish they warned you about this before you press the button!! My memory at over 60 is crap lololol. Anyway am now just waiting to hear from them.0

When i did my SOA for bc i printed off 4 copies One as a rough draft, which like you i tweeked and tweeked until no more. Then copied it onto the other 3. Kept the rough copy for ref, thinkng i was clever. At court they gave me one of my copies back and i had filled them all by hand.....serves me right for trying to be a smart@rse.

I think a few of us "regulars" feel frustrated in not being able to help more.DxxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
