3 mobile help
I have purchased a 3 mobile and dongle (usb modem) online, 21 days ago!
The package is for £22.00 per month with inclusive minute/texts, inadvertently the 2 sims were put into the incorrect device, therefore the mobile sim in the dongla nd vice versa. Therefore it has incurred a bill of £134.00, I have called 3 and they say these are valid charges as it's user error and wanted to charge me over £250 to cancel!
They are saying they won't refund even if through good will etc, do I have any distance selling rights or should I just pay up??
