It's also a good idea to giver the carrier your phone number for the driver to call if they have any problems finding you.

Yay! They managed to deliver

(Although even though the boxes are all sat in my car out of the rain I have a gut feeling at least 75% have been dropped at one point, not good considering some of them contain DVD cases )

At least you have got them - have you not checked the contents to check they are okay?

Yea most seem fine, but I then realized I had 10 identical boxes of items (I ordered 5 boxes of one item and 5 of another)

Rang the seller up who told me I had requested 10 of the item in question!!! Couldn't believe it at first, then checked my note I typed and sent with the payment and indeed I had forgot to modify a copy and paste line - However he could have checked the item numbers and seen my mistake quite easily!

He claimed he did see this but just decided I wanted 10 anyway (Without ringing me up or contacting me...) and that is how I now have 10 boxes of the same item

Return he said was out of the question as it would cost them £7.50 a box or something to collect, or I could send them back at my own expense! No thanks I thought.

It seems we are both to blame here but I don't think I'll be dealing with the member again as he had quite a harsh tone and denied my offer of exchanging the items on another order I was going to place with him.
