    Delete this

    C:\Documents and Settings\Lucie\Desktop\FunBuddyIconsFWBInitialSetu p1.0.0.8.exe

    and

    C:\Qoobox\Qua rantine\C\Program Files\Internet Explorer\msimg32.dll.vir


    then empty recycle bin

    Then turn off system restore, and turn it back on again

    Delete the 2 files
    Recycle bin should be on desktop, right click it, empty
    Start, help, system restore, turn off, ok, then turn back on

    Hopefully it should delete everything that was detected.

    right ive deleted and emptied the box now when i click on restore it says restore my comp to an earlier time or create you own point. i clicked one the first one but it says i need to pick another date to restore it? so then created my own point

    You need to turn system restore off, not create a restore point.

    Try, start, control panel, system, system restore, turn off system restore on all drives, ok

    Turning off system restore will zap all those files under \System Volume Information in your kaspersky scan.

    Then when zapped, turn it back on again

    right ok ive seen it in the properties section ive turned it off and is that it. iveclicked on it and its asking me if i want to turn it back on again

    providing you ok'd it before, yes. You have to ok or apply it for it to do anything

    remove the tick, hit ok, should take you back to control panel, then go back in, put the tick back, ok
