Twin-ended bath with shower

I have a similar bath to the op I think it was the B&Q valencia. We have a showerhead that comes through the ceiling and have no problems, is that an option for you?0

I don't think so - would need to consult plumber.
We have rounded plasterwork (have heard it referred to as a 'caravan ceiling') i.e. the wall and ceiling do not meet at 90° - instead there is a barrel-effect.
This means that we need to be quite careful where we position things like spotlights - or potentially a shower head - as the 'flat' part of the ceiling is a relatively small area towards the centre.0
