Tesco are so inconsistent with their service delivery, aren't they? Useless retailer, TBH. Just had 8 of those offending posh eggs delivered and the promotion saving showing as £43.92 so yippeee! Loads of points as well. Ridiculous bargain but apologies to those who haven't had such a good result.

I have just tried for the Hoxton Hotel £1 rooms and wasnt successful AND I tried to order one of the £153 king size beds from Freemans and wasnt successful either!!!
Just shows you really - what goes around DOESNT come around.

Thanks Steff, sorry you weren't lucky with the Hotel or bed :embarasse, but third time is a charm, so i hope you have better luck on the next one

My order was deliverd before 1pm with the two eggs - but charged £10 for them. Quick call to Tesco and a very helpful guy arranged for the refund of £7 with no problems. Email arrived almost immediately confirming the refund. He told me it had been a pricing error but was being honoured.

I have just been to 5 stores and 1 express and 3 eggs found in total 1 in the first store so no use and 2 in the last store one with a missing lid and 1 badly dented so no eggs for us!
