Four eggs arrived this morning with discount 2 for £3. Really pleased.

Hi just received my delivery and they were charging me 2 for £10, however it stated that the promotion was 2 for £3??
Phoned customer services and they are going to honour the 2 for £3.

My online order just arrived, they charged me @2 for £10 despite the invoice showing offer @2 for £3. Driver said to phone customer services, they said the offer finished at midnight last night, even though I told them I had a screen-shot sayng offer was on until 12th April. The guy I spoke to was most unhelpful and basically said take it or leave it. So they went back with the driver. Not impressed!

what happens if you accept the delivery then ring CS to try to get amount corrected and they don't do it? Do you have to return in store or pay to return?

Mine have arrived, 6 still in a cellophane wrapped box and 2 loose ones!

Invoice showing 2 for£3 have been charged a total of £37.75 - £55.92 for the eggs £4.00 delivery less promotional saving of £15.92 and coupon for free delivery £6.25.

Have rung customer service (methinks they will be a tad busy today) and have been told that they will speak to the store and I will get a refund.
