Sammy, hope you are now enjoying a beer, families are a such a pain at times. I wish I had something profound to say but Lenny (!) has beat me to it (there's something you don't expect to say on daily chat!!

I should be happy that I am on holiday and I mostly am, just got a memo at work this morning that left me pretty devastated. I think I might be going through some kind of depression I am so tired all the time came home from work had lunch and then slept from 3 till 6 want to sort out my room tonight but oh I don't know.

Right I don't know a lot about kettles, but I have a rather cool one...its a MOOD KETTLE....please don't laugh.....

Z I always find the plastic ones get so much limescale build up and make the water taste funny. Depends how much you want to spend to be honest, you can't go wrong with the dualit but its pricey but I always think the stainless steel versions are better.
the more basic the better though, less to go wrong in my bookI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
