She actually asked me if I'd been out running yet, and said I shouldnt let the rain stop me going, so I'm pretty sure it's precautionary

Is it a warrant of execution....if so then you need to ask the court for a form to reapply to pay the debt in instalments.....

Is there a reason why you haven't paid it, have your circumstances changed....

I almost turned the appointment down....8.10am on a holiday day :eek::eek:

Anything later would've been a few weeks wait, so best to get it over with. Machine connected to cardiac unit, so immediate results ;)

and its not helped by the fact that I appear to have bred bone idle ungrateful children...feel like giving them a slap except one is pregnant and one is likely to smack me one back.......

Please don't get angry with us - this is the daily chat thread - and we help people because we want to, not because we HAVE to. I'm sure you will find people on here are VERY willing to help, if they can - perhaps no-one really knew the answer on here.

That said, I'm sorry you didn't get an immediate reply. The best thing to do is to start a new thread - if you go onto the main page of the forum, the 'new thread' tab is top left I think, but I'll just go and check.

Edit - yep, close to the top, on the left, just under the Debt Diaries trial board. :)
