download allowance reduced with vat ?

I have a contract with 3 which allows £5 per month for downloads (ring-tones etc) this has been reduced down to £4.89 since the drop in VAT. I've had no notice of this and only noticed this past month.

Is this in breach of my contract with them ? It was given as part of my retention deal and was a major part of why I stayed with them,

any thoughts ?

Surely there's no change in what this buys, only a drop in its price?

The items you purchase are cheaper too, so you haven't lost out. If you see a game at £4.99 this is with the VAT at 17.5%, but on your bill the correct price will have been charged. It does state all this on the check your allowance screen on your handset.
