Woohoo- only a week will my 12 week scan. I cannot wait and hope this week goes quickly.
Off to work now sadly which is just so wrong on a BH. Only a half day though, then have my niece and nephew coming this afternoon (2 and 5 weeks) so OH can practice holding a tiny baby as he wouldn't hold my niece when she was tiny but has now realised he needs the practice!
Had a weird overwhelming urge to gag while washing up this morning- I knew there was a reason I usually leave it to OH these days. Hope it stays away while I'm at work today!
Molly- I have no experience of the Leebruss but just had to say I think it looks lovely!

Morning all.
I'm fine today, although I am really not happy with OH, he decided to get extremely drunk and went on what I can only describe as an 'episode' i'm fine though as none of it was directed at me but it !!!!!! me off no end.
But on the plus side, my neighbour had her twins last night, got rushed to hospital by ambulance and took straight for a C-section, she's 36+4, babies weighed 6lb and 5lb 7oz.
I'm in agony again with the walking, got MW today, gonna ask her if she can do a sweep or something to try and help me along, i know it's only a week but i'm so sore lol:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

One more day until DH is off for a few days - we're planning on getting some work done in the garden, thank goodness - it's starting to look like a jungle back there!
Anyone else having an issue that they don't like waistbands touching their belly? I'm 23wks and it's driving me crazy!MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
Triggles - you're not the only one! I can't stand waistbands on my belly, even really low under bump ones....I'm now looking for oevr bump trousers to see if that helps, the baby hates them too....when i'm sitting down and the waistband creases against my waist the baby kicks it until i shift...0

oh and i see you all were talking about all sorts of sophisticated things like night like farting and burping!!
I had virtually never farted or burped in front of OH until i was pregnant, now i'm a gassy monster! I spend my whole time apologising because i'm so disgusted with myself!0 -

Me too. I hate it! I used to go to the bathroom to fart, and wait till he was out to poop. Now we snuggled up close this morning and I complained at great length about how the volume of food I put in is being compacted like diamonds on the way out. I guess it shows he loves me.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

i'm so thankful i can parp in front of OH and not even think about it! luckily i did it before we even got together, we worked for the same company and i gave him a lift to a training session in stoke (from portsmouth, not a short journey!) we went out for more than a few alcoholic beverages once we got there and they "repeated" on me on the way home the next evening as my nan would say!!Mummy to
