Hi MrsT - was it Impaired Glucose Tolerance or Impaired Fasting Glucose?
We monitor these patients annually (not pregnant ladies but anyone else) as it is a progression to diabetes - mainly in older people or those likely to develop Type 2 diabetes. Interesting to see whether you have to have any tests after your delivery.

Fitzio - I copied it off Sami_Bee:o - the MW found it straightaway and even after me asking if I could grab my phone, it was still in the same place. I wouldn't worry but OH would so maybe not a good idea!

Din Dins now - oh my tumy hurts.................

    I'm hurting :(

My tummy is all the way up under my girls, it's waaaaaaaaaaay out and all in the middle and it feels so tight that I'm amazed she has space to move in there. But she's managing it, and whenever she does it's agonisingly sore.

I'm only 23 weeks and change. I can't keep this up for four more months. I'll explode.

That sounds sore, poor you, does lying down help any?
    Hope it gets better soon:D

AM I went in Tuesday AM, had Eloise at 3.50pm (because they had 4 emergencies and I kept being put back) and left hospital on Thursday at about 11.30am, so only two nights in for me too, just make sure you get out of bed and moving as soon as you can
Thanks for that, I will, I tried to the same day i had my section but they made me get back in bed!

ok from memory.... Impaired glucose tolerance :) Fasting glucose was 4 - but during the test it rose as high as 8.2 although only briefly (one reading) a couple were a big high but only just over 7.

    Evening ladies!

I was wondering if any of you ladies had any experiences with Leebruss prams? I am looking at this one:

    http://www.mothercare.com/Leebruss-Premier-Superior-Package-Flowers/dp/B0013DFJHC/sr=1-1/qid=1239305593/ref=sr_1_1/276-4191290-6700262?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=42764041&mcb=core

When I googled Leebruss, I realised their showroom is 2 minutes drive down the road from me, Doh!. So we might have a look round it tomorrow, but just wondered if any of you had used them in the past and what you thought of them? Thanks In Advance. x

Not really. I think it's just the stress of the last week getting to me.

Eeep, a small foot met my cervix just then and I almost lost my dinner. I can't wait to meet this feisty little creature, but I very much fear she'll be too slippery to hold onto and I'll need a full body suit made of non-stick mats.

    Hi all, I'm back..

Glam, that's quite probably baby you're feeling moving about in there ;) Feels like the start to an upset tummy, like rumblings? :) I used to have episodes of IBS and that's what it reminds me of. Still feels like that now, only stronger and you can see it moving! ;)
