Wonderful Wednesday - Kitchen and dining room DONE :j:j
Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study! DONE :j:j
Luckily I finished both of these yesterday because I woke up this morning and could hardly move. My sciatica is playing up again because my nerve blocks have worn off. I've been waiting for them to be done again since October last year. I rang them today and the lady I spoke to said I'd be quicker getting a new referral from my GP so I'm off there on Tuesday.
So I shall be taking it easy until it eases up. Hope everyone has had a good day.0 -
Evening everyone.
Well just about ready for DB and SIL arriving tomorrow.
Getting up early to go to Mr As then do bedroom list when I come back.
Going to do a lasagne for them tomorrow.
Have flung about 20 things from around the house.
Been to DDs with her shopping and had my tea there.0 -
Didn't get to the bathroom as was arranging ebay collections for the weekend. Just going to list a few bits now and then call it a day.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

I'm honestly not sure - i havent seen a full list. It is 17 products in total, all the Dentyl products and some from the supermarkets. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Have caught up for now!
Jennybee – you’re not being unreasonable. I think the whole facebook thing of getting back in touch with people can be odd. I’ve done it a bit but when you think about it, there’s usually a reason you lost touch in the first place!! Happy Birthday! Love the picture!
Housework cd – I think I’ve got most of those songs…I might create my own cd from itunes….if I can get onto the main pc one of these days. DH for some reason replaced my own ipod contents with his when updating so it’s now full of opera, which I like but I also like other stuff!! Maybe that’s something to add to my rolling list!
Toochoosey – can’t believe they are firing so late. We walked across the bit of the range that is open on weekends on our hol….the bit with St Govan’s chapel..it was nice as it meant we could join up the bit of coast we’s missed when doing the whole path.
Sarahs – where are you on hols? We are still looking for somewhere for June, though we might just go back to wales again!
Soappie – keep you on at workvibes for you. I don’t think there’s a limit to the vibes! Tell me you didn’t actually count the hairs in the bathplug hole!!
Eyebrow threading – I’m going to look into…I usually have them waxed/plucked into shape but I’m always up for trying something new.
Embb – I reckon on average I do the full list fortnightly and just hoover and S&S the other week, plus I do the bathroom. I do intend to do it all each week but it doesn’t always happen! We’re out a lot of the time too and no kids or animals plus both pretty tidy.
Toots – my mum moved back from virgin to BT when they got sky and sky refunded the reconnection charge.
The mouthwash list is here
Just watching another casualty *sniff*.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
The problem with going on leave is the work you have to do before and after to make up for it! I worked late (but got some stuff done that I've been trying to get round to for ages), and have got home and made an executive decision that I'm just going to eat then read in the bath.
I've got an 8am gym appointment, and will then come back and blitz the house and garden. If I finish on time I'll leave for Norfolk tomorrow, otherwise I'll wait until Saturday.
Thank you all for the good wishes for my mum. She's back home (not sure her brain is though... I think they must have given her steroids!), and my dad is trying to get her to rest. They rehydrated her and have done some investigation, including an abdominal xray. Hopefully they'll have the results when everyone's back at work on Tuesday.
I did manage to get a swim in this morning, but was running late, so only managed 10 minutes in. Still it's better than nothing, and was lucky for the lady (whose name I don't know, but who I have seen in the gym every morning for the last 5 years!) who left her towel behind, as I always take two, so was able to lend it to her!
soappie - funding vibes heading your way. But at least you've got a backup plan now Toots has sorted out your residential cookery school (you could teach flying theory too)
jennybee - he's gorgeous. Concentrate on him and NOT on toxic friends.
Well done everyone on the huge amounts of flying achieved today. I'm jealous that you've done so much while I've been at work! Hugs to those who need them, and get well vibes to the poorlies.
Off to find my pizzaand catch up on a emails etc...

I don't need a flying list I need a miracle. I've just brought down
- DD's craft boxes/kits which were raided for the easter bonnet she made for brownies so they're a disgrace
- Craft supplies from all over the house are now reasonably collected together in the livingroom ready to be sorted out as I'm sick of not being able to find anything.
- DD's "keepsakes" boxes (about 50 billion of them or so it seems) to try and sort them out so they might actually close and not over flow over the bedroom, livingroom and somehow my room
- DD's playstation stuff - now she has a wii the deal is the playstation goes
- A box for all the DS game boxes.
:o:o It looks worse now that it did yesterday morning when I hadn't done any housework properly for a week due to being out at work and sorting out DD's birthday followed by two days on the sofa ill.
:o
Right, HHC for me... *kicks self up the backside* Ouch!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 - DD's craft boxes/kits which were raided for the easter bonnet she made for brownies so they're a disgrace

Soappie – Tell me you didn’t actually count the hairs in the bathplug hole!!
I did today - for a one off special only. I wanted to get to the 100 fling! And they were easy to count - they were DiL's - v. thick and v. dark.
I am soooo sad. I really ought to get a life :rotfl::rotfl:I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
