Just ding the headlice thing and wonder are there any products that people recommend?

    Oh, such fun - not!

The comb-and-conditioner method is really the only one that's reliable - the lice are now developing immunity to many of the chemicals used against them (and I wouldn't be happy using those chemicals anyway).

You have to comb every three to four days for a couple of weeks so you get the newly-hatched lice off before they mature enough to start laying more eggs.

The absolute best comb is the Nitty Gritty comb. It is so, so much better than any other nit-comb I've tried - and everyone I know who's tried the Nitty Gritty says the same thing. You can buy it on-line, or in some chemists, and I believe Sainsburys sells them too now.

That's a very important extra Dusty, you mustn't forget to collect Woody!

I've cut the back grass as it sounds like today might be the driest of the week, the front is still OK. The washing isn't drying very fast even though it's blowing well. Hope the rain doesn't get here too soon.
