can't sleep so I am up wandering about MSE and giving my two bobs worth to everything! I'm decluttering my tea and I have tidied the livingroom and the computer desk.
My house is sooooooooo quiet I can only hear the dog snoring. Making my way over to facebook, rosepink I'll try to find you again!, and then to BBC iplayer to watch Beechgrove. If anyone wants to come along you are more than welcome.:D

Toots thats great that SSL is coming to see you, just wear plenty of outrageous make up and clothes and she'll be so busy looking at that she'll never see the house:rotfl::rotfl:

ETA Now 4am and I still can't sleep I have visited facebook and bebo and I'm now off to declutter sky+

Pipgpen are you awake yet?? I'm bored here all by myself

    Morning All

The WM is already on as DS wet the bed so his bedding has now been washed twice this week - does this mean I don't have to wash it next week?

Not sure what's happening today - obviously DH isn't here so it's just me and the kids - I may take them to the pics this morning if it's raining.

FFP - hope you've managed to get some sleep now.

Looks like pigpen might be sleeping longer after going out last night.

    Have a good day all

    Morning everyone

Of course Rach, how remiss of me about the ironing, especially after your fantastic drawing :D hope you're feeling better this morning.

Another grey morning here which is a bit of a bummer. My younger brother and his family are coming for lunch. It would be nice if we have some sun by the time they arrive.

    Morning folks

    Hugs for all

    Wm x 1 on
    Bed stripped and re made
    Toilets cleaned
    Bathroom cleaned

    Do do so far
    Hoover whole house
    Cat tray
Feed cats again (no doubt, they always think they are starving)
    Kitchen floor
    MrT's !
    Ironing

Cat2 is currently sitting in the airing cupboard and refusing to come out, so I have left the door wide open, she will be out in her own time I hope, as I am too big to get behind the tank and pull her out. (cat treats might do the job later if she is still there)

Want to do if weather clears up
    Cut lawns
    Wash car
Remove some more blanket weed from pond
Clean pond pump of weed, might have to do this even if it is still drizzling, as the pump is running really slowly.

    Back later

    Morning folks

soappie - the very domestic goddess I was hoping to see!! My pavlova turned into a bit of a disaster last night. It was weeping loads. I turned off the oven and left it in overnight but when I checked on it, its still very wet underneath. I've turned it upside down and popped it back in the oven at 50 degrees. Will it be ok do you think? Any other suggestions? I need it for 5 pm ish tonight xx

    morning :hello:

we are off to mil's later and kids are very excited! they are already dressed and don't stop talking to me about the chance of catching the easterbunny there
dh won't be coming since he's at work today but we'll get to see his 2 sisters which will be nice - i also hope the rain disappears; much nicer hiding the eggs in the garden ;)
Snap!! I was bag packing with the community theatre group Christmas before last and it was very busy. I was very aware of a woman in the queue looking at me, but I assumed it was due to my Fairy Queen outfit. Anyway, it came to her turn in the queue and I asked her if she would like a hand. 'Oh yes, please' she said. 'I dont normally let people touch my shopping, but I've been watching you and you know how to pack a bag!' So fess up....which one of you was it????
ohhhh the fairy queen ... now you mention it  :D

sammiell don't be silly! no need to feel guilty. you obviously have a full load on your plate and a bit on top! ~~good business vibes~~ to your dh, never a good position to be in (either side!) - and ~~get better soon vibes~~ to yourself. don't do too much and better get a rest
Noooooo, I'm not like Valli...... there is a reason to pack properly, no reason to use the same colour pegs.... ~~~~~goes away mumbling about how she's not like valli, although she loves her dearly, the woman is obviously barking, coloured pegs, ironing tea towels, see, madness, I will convince myself I'm not barking too....~~~~~~
 what she said!! what she said! definitely what she said

wow rosepink what a vivid dream!! it would scare anyone! hope you had a better sleep last night and are ready to take on the new day - put on your wellies and get puddle stomping for 10 minutes :D

SS wow that house looks absolutly lovely - i am not surprised you had a great time!! at least you know now where to go to next time ;)

mummy5 four teenagers  - i am so dreading that time  - good luck :D, but surely you must be way experienced by now!!!

i still need to s/s the kitchen and some of the floors and that should give me the final stars :D

    Morning lovelies!

    Happy Holidays thriftykatie x
Glad you had a good time SS, looks fab x
:hello: Lil_me you're on holiday, you shouldn't be flying, have a rest :D

Lots to do, but yesterday was a write-off cause of all the taxi-ing I did, when I finished.... I then went and helped OH knock down a brick wall (relocating front door from side of house to front) what a mess, must have carried over 200 bricks to the garden, going to the skip sometime today with a rubble bags....but all in all I felt a sense of well being last night as it was a good productive day even though it wasn't necessarily in my house.

    Listy:-

Tuesday twinkles! - Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level Two
dust and deweb!.. don't forget furry skirtings!
    mop the floor

Wonderful Wednesday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level Three
    Sweep and mop the floor

    Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study!
    Level One
    Declutter the clutter!
throw out 100 things from the house!
    Level Three
Empty all the bins AFTER 15 minutes filing/shredding!

    Friday fun! - childrens rooms
We need these looking nice for when the children go back to school so I think it is only fair they help clear up!
    Level One
Clear the floors in the childrens room.. throw out any broken toys and find some that are no longer needed that can be sent to charity shop or given away.
Drag everything out from under the bed too.. there is floor under there!!
    Level Two
    Change the childrens bedding/wash curtains
Vacuum mattress (after turning & wiping any waterproof sheets) and floors
    Wash window
    Level Three
Sort through a clothing cupboard.. anything outgrown?
Put any discs back in cases and books back on shelves etc
Dust.. lightshades, curtain poles, games consoles/PC's etc

    Fling list: 32/100 :T

Wont take long to do all that if I get cracking, got two sleeping teenies at the mo though so will have to leave the noisy stuff, gonna go hang some washing out.
