    It isn't.

Bloor Homes are a national builder. OP, is there something in particular that you need to know? They are much the same as any other large developer.
    Gone ... or have I?

We bought a house from Bloor about 15 year ago. We had no problems, any work that needed doing once we had moved in, eg cracks appearing down the stairs, light not working etc, was promptly dealt with, with no quibbles.
I would have no qualms about buying another Bloor house.
    keep smiling,

Things change in 15 years.....I think you'll find they are not half as good now...pretty much like any major builder.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right

because in the rush to build overpriced houses in the mad bubble that has just burst, they forgot to build quality homes....... like any other LARGE developer.

Thanks for the quick reply but is it based on facts known to you or just the assumption as they are big they must be bad?
