According to the Indy on Saturday this will launch on Monday.
Its fixed at 5% until 5th April 2010.
This looks good to me for next year but I am far from an expert as I have only ever had one ISA and that was only opened a couple of weeks ago.
Is this a good deal or can we expect better ones in the coming days?
