Would just like to publicly thank MSE user WishIcouldaffordit for her excellent advice and mail template concerning the AXA Bouns Cashbuilder Plus policy
How do I cash in my policy? will I get my bonuses 1200 back too - this is the only nest egg I have?
I would really like to reinvest it but where? when? with who? I feel so confused0 -

the mis-leading policies key dates are:
February 2002 to January 2004
if you started the cashbuiler plus / or over 50 plan within those dates
you stand a good chance of getting your money back

If you dont fall within the date of the incorrect data then the complaint will be rejected.
You cannot complain about not knowing about the contract terms as they were supplied to you and you purchased without advice. The contract was rubbish and obsolete years before you bought it but the key thing is you bought it. You were not advised to take it. You made the choice knowing the facts.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
