Oh, I too am another misguided Axa Sunlife customer. I am now paying £40 a month, (started at £20). I will be phoning them for a surrender settlement figure, as I could be overpaying my mortgage by £40 a month instead!keep smiling,

I rang the guy who'd sent me the letter saying I could have it all back (not a call centre) anyway he said he had the letter I sent accepting his offer there (he'd had it since Friday before last !) said he would send it down to the finance department and the money should be in my account in 7 days - also confirmed that I would be getting all the money plus bank of england interest plus another 1% interest but they have to take 20% tax
still have no idea how much I'm getting back but gotta be better than the 460 (or thereabouts) they offered me when I rung the call centre - I will see what happens in 7 days if no joy I will ring again if I hadn't rung him he would still have it in his in tray I reckon:rolleyes:0 -

DO NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER IF IT IS ALOT LESS THAN YOU HAVE PAID IN DECLINE IT AND WRITE TO THEM STATING YOU WANT IT ALL BACK - SEE OTHER POSTS ON THIS - I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING MINE BACK NOW0 -
For Chinagirl
Key compensation dates are if you started the policy between Feb02 & Jan04 because Axa's advertising at the time has been proved dodgy.
Here's hoping.
For everyone else
Any projection offers for me to get my teeth into.
Spreadsheet's ready. You just have to give me the info.
Is everyone waiting for everyone else? Have I missed the postings? (If so please direct me.)0 -

I am waiting on them submitting the written quote to me. I asked them for a projection of 6% based on today's investment. Hopefully, thats what I get! When I have it (in a few days) I'll post it for you. Thanks reportinvestor for following up!!!0 -
