Some of the independant phone shops may be able to, there are also markets where they have phone stalls which offer a repair, but the cost may not be worth it, when PAYG phones are cheap these days0

I thought the warranty was with the manufacturer, it is on contract phones anyway.
If you still have the receipt, try contacting Sagem, do it in a way EXPECTING a repair, ie ask them how to get it repaired under warranty, rather than if it can be done.
If you have no luck, recycle it and get a new one.0
