Any fixed rate ISA that will still be there for new Tax Year?

Trying to be organised I phoned First Direct to see whether their current eISA offer recommended by Martin would still be available.

Apparently it finsihes at end of this tax year and at the moment their best advice is the new ISA rate will be 0.2% !!!

Anybody know of any good offers that will still be around for the new tax year?
