Nope i just get mocked about the amount of time and effort i spend entering comps, cos i haven't actually won anything good/expensive yet!:rolleyes::mad:

But im sure if i do win something they're impressed with i'll get shooping lists from everyone about what prizes they want!:rolleyes::cool:

I don't get hints from mine about what I should win, he just moans I never win anything for him! Mind you most of the comps seem to be aimed at women and children so on the law of averages ....

He moans about me spending all my day comping (he's even trying to get me to go shopping for myself but wont work )...I wish he would ask me to win anything for him but he won't give me an excuse!!! I don't even try to get the hint ...men are difficult to read and I better focus on something more productive gave him my book win (am not interested) and he's finished it in 2 nights :eek::eek: and liked it!!! 'bookworm' - Getting there slowly ....will let him see the bright side of it one day....ok now night seriously.

Evening all. Is anyone in to update me 3 days please. I tried, read 2 pages, tried earlier today 2 pages. Am still 29 comps pages behind, afraid to look at eggs so do that tomoz.
Caught up 9 pages, told DH need sleep, wake me in hour that was 9.30, he woke me 10.45 said I off to bed. I still so tired , maybe catch up few more pages and turn in too.

Hoping DDL gets result tomoz too from Ocean FM. Angiemary MSER and DH really deserve a break. So wishing they can win a holiday.

OH does ask me to win things sometimes but it's really weird, he asked me to try for a TV, I won a red letter days voucher so i got a TV with it. He then asked for one of the new iPod nano's, I asked which colour, he chose red! I said no chance, they're impossible as they're charity ones.................and the bacardi one turned up being exactly what he wanted. His sis is doing the marathon sunday, we sponsored her for doing it but both of us wished we could do more to help her and I won that spa day and she's over the moon about it

For some reason I can win stuff for other people, like those bloody coffee machines!lol

THX Sally. Would make my year if DDL won. She was so chuffed today.she won thruxton Ticks, DS still quite unwell & inbed, Gave ticks to my GD and Fella. and Angie was so happy to be able to give something to her daughter an BF who were ecstatic.

Aww, just shows how a small win can bring as much joy as something expensive!:D

Sally, You really cannot believe how much they need one. Mortgage,kids at home, 2 teens, one 10, one 8 , Over 2 years hating being off sick, 4 replacement hip ops 2 more ops go, one Hip failed 2nd time, then knee replacement. This son of mine will be 40 end of May. Getting emotional, so gonna go away and try a few comps.
