What I don't understand is how there can be so many people there who actually want to listen to the 'singing' - if I think it's loud here it must be deafening in there

well I don't think it sounds good even after a couple of drinks!! Sorry I'm being grumpy about it but I find it hard enough to sleep and it's really annoying when other people stay over and we have to explain about the karaoke and apologise that they can't sleep! I might be a really grumpy person and complain to the council soon

I really like my flat and don't really want to move but unless they quit the karaoke after 11 I think i'm going to have to

Thats one thing about where we live, all the neighbours are old so its very quiet at night. The nearest pub is within walking distance but on the other side of a busy road so we don't hear it at night. It would drive me mad having to listen to it. It might be worth trying the council as surely there is a decibel limit?

I'm around, just finished all new comps posted today.
Not sure if I should start some comps ending?
Still feeling sorry for myself. Have taken 2 brufen now, which for me to take tablets means something. I hardly ever take anything.
Gonna mooch around for a while though, as working nights from tomorrow over the weekend, so go to bed late tonight and lie in tomorrow.
