Been busy since I left work.

I started off by SELLING MY CAR! The bloke at work, who started today, phoned as we were leaving so he had a look at it and he bought it. Well we agreed a price and he'll pay/pick up on Saturday. He was so excited - said it was just what he'd been looking for his wife and it was her birthday next Monday so wants it by then. He really liked the car, I'm so pleased - can't believe I only put the posters in the car yesterday evening and it's sold already! Now I need to find something for me.

Next I let the rabbits out in the garden for a play. I think they have forgotten me while I was away. I'm really worried about it! They didn't eat their dinner last night and haven't touched tonight, although both have eaten some veg, grass, hay and tree. They seem miserable and don't come to me when I go outside like they used to. I guess they're just getting used to being home again and me being the one that feeds them. I hope they get used to me again soon - I want hugs!

And then I made those meatballs. They were yummy - pork, chives and onion with a sourcream sauce. Served with tagliatelle and peas. Mmmmmmm! Will definitely make those again!

Oh, and I got an email from Lush - I emailed them on Sunday as the winning egg I got before I went on holiday (that I didn't order because it would arrive while I was away) didn't work. They have said they are out of stock of the Magic Egg (think it was that one) and so I can choose any Ballistic from their range and I can have that instead - brilliant. Any suggestions?

And to be honest the blue egg stinks to perfumed for me , personally the comforter is good but not a ballistic dont think


Just had some women from Marie claire wanting to do a survey of mag, do i want to no do i ever click for them to call me no and most importantly have i ever won from there comps no so told her NO:D

We had a BRILLIANT time, it was such a luxurious treat not only in terms of the quality of the hotel & travel but also to be able to see the sights without having to worry about wheelchair access or having a moaning Kevin the teenager in tow! :rotfl:

Won't have chance to read back so I hope everyone is well and getting lots of wins. I came home to a PC game which was quite handy as the above-mentioned teenager wasn't impressed with the souvenirs we brought home for him. :rolleyes:

hi sorry to be nosie and asking few questions but it very easy to get down hearted when you doing this all the time and looking at everyones post of winners i just think to myself well it just gonna be my luck and never win as i have never won anything i am entering loads of comps so heres me questions if you wouldnt mind answering them.

how long did it take for you to win your first prize and roughly how many comps do you think you entered before you won?

roughly how many comps do you enter weekly?

i have read the beginners guide of comping but i was wondering on everyones personally experience!

I know, tell me about it! It just flew by. I had a great time though thanks - such a fab time actually - I'm sad in a way to be home!

I know the feeling. It's good to be home with the kids again though ... and the cats - although not so good to be back in work today ... oh well, it's a necessary evil to pay for the next trip away!
