BT is such a pain...I only got the BT line for O2 broadband only, so I wanted the cheapest most basic option that cost only 11 pounds and 10 if u go paperless...and to go paperless you need your accountnumber that gets printed on a paper bill, cz they wont give it to u when you call

so basically I've never had a bill from them, so technically I am on paperless billing, but not on their records bcz I havent done tis online for lack of account number which they wont give

oh and plus they are charging me 17.50 a month...I had a chat with them, and it didnt seem they are going to do anything about...ARGHHHH WHAT DO I DO???

tell me about it, I passed back what I got from this morning to lunchtime and I had a tonne! :eek: Dread to think how many will be there in the morning as I can't pass until then now!
