yeah total nightmare, normally is fine but when he refuses to eat and this sickie bug he has been sick and has diarhhoa too, last time he was sick was at lunchtime so hope this time it has passed

Thanks for your welcome home wishes everyone! :) Took soooo many photos could take months to go through them all - put the ones from the dslr on the puter already but won't go through them yet. Also took hundreds on the compact... don't worry - I'll bore you with pics when they're sorted, on fb and here!! :)

We had one "cold" day (20 degs C) and one wet day (and that was VERY wet - haven't seen rain/hail/lightening like that for a while!) but apart from that we had late 20s early 30s temperatures. Not tanned (I'm really fair so burn easily, so have to be careful). We did all four Disney Parks (was one of the 'volunteers' in the Studio Backlot Tour which was great fun), the two Universals (got my OH on Hulk which I never thought would happen), SeaWorld (on the cold day), Kennedy Space Centre (saw the shuttle on the launch pad), Wet N Wild (did everything except Bomb Bay - Der Stucke was enough!!) and loads of swimming, shopping and eating! Thanks to those on here who recommended the Cheesecake Factory - it was amazing - and I would recommend Texas Roadhouse which was gorgeous, probably the best meal of the holiday.

Anyway, I'll shut up about it now. :)

Thanks for the updates... wow £20k!!!! And £500 for you too essexgal - fantastic!! :) Will check out that Magnum comp now - my OH loves the white chocolate ones so won't mind if they get added to the shopping this week!

Gemma, hope you are not affected by what happened to me yesterday x because I am not :rotfl:it is a shame that some people make us feel uncomfortable and, in a sense, I know what you mean about wanting some time off. It's not the lovely people here in the inn but God knows who else is lurking here and getting visible only when they want to offer uninvited opinions etc. It is scary in a way, and I have definitely become more aware now. I honestly think that these forums should be moderated because a minority should not be allowed to spoil it for everyone.

I have missed Gemma's post about wanting time out. Hugs to you Gemma, I can thoroughly understand the desire, just don't go making it as long as I did.

Aww thanks Cathy, I teach so term times are manic for me. I doubt I'll have time to pop in, but if I'm about I'll come and say hi. Plus my priority will be the wii fit.

And here - I make a promise to you lot (and myself) in 5 weeks time I will be 7lbs lighter. That is achievable!
