It was... wait for it... lemon mousse with raspberry soaked lady fingers, raspberries and lemon cream - totally lovely and yummy! Long way to go to get another one though! :):):):)

Right I,m going to make one now I got the recipe, I presume lady fingers is them trifle sponges:D
