    LiveHelp's been offline every day so far this year IIRC :rolleyes: at least, every time I've tried in the past month it's said that :( If you're on the old version of silver and out of contract period, you might be able to negociate a price drop and speed upgrade like I did - it wasn't fun but I was doing a housemove inbetween so that didn't help - and if your line is capable of getting up to 7, I can't see why you wouldn't get quoted at least more than 1.8mb, probably closer to 6ish

    I'd fire them off an email if I were you - they reply within 24 hours usually :)

    and i won tickets to grand designs live in london!! which i REALLY wanted to go to so am very excited now!!!
    I can only please one person a day.... Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either!!
