AOL are miserable, the cost of calling them used to be really high, I remember on one occasion I paid £20 on my mobile to fix THEIR errors, and it did not get fixed after all. Only when I had my MAC code from them I felt that things were progressing. I changed them in Oct, and even now I can log in to my email

Yep, have sent them an email. Would never phone if I can help as its costs a fortune. We must be out of contract by now. I negioated with the about 2 years ago when I had my first lappy, as used to be on £22 and got down to £15 for wireless unlimited I thought. We def see what I can get re the speed now.
