T Mobile complaints dept
I just read on another thread about O2's complaints dept. Am now thoroughly fed up with being fobbed off by the T Mob 'customer service' and non replies to emails.
Does T Mobile have a complaints department with a free phone no from landlines please?

0808 1214104 this goes to business but they will transfer you to other departments, just say you dialled the wrong number.
0808 1219999 not used this yet but am informed it goes to CS.
01707 315000 goes to switchboard, ask for relevant department
01707 311675 FAX number to CS director, haven't used it but it may help.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0
