I think you have to log on to the Symantec website using the log in details provided when you started using Norton and cancel the renewal that way.

    Regards

    Jon

Yep, thats right - you need to log-in to your Norton Account (Click Here) and then you'll see 4 links at the top of the page - the last one (Automatic Renewal) is what you click (Click Here) and then you see a little tick box next to your product and un-tick it, simple :D

Details below - so you can't go wrong....

If you 'lose' your credit card and advise the card company, they will issue a new one with a different number. The old standing orders can not be processed. The companies that were due to receive payments from the standing order will then ask for your authorisation to debit the new card, which obviously you will not give.

Absolutely NOT true !! The card may be new, but the account isn't and is immediately linked to the old card !

LOL, mate you know some people! Maybe they getting confused with Reoccuring Payment Plan vs Subscriber Services (i.e. the likes of Norton, as shown above)..... :rotfl:

Just to emphasise that this is the best method - tell the Credit Card company your card has been lost.

If you believe that then you're living in cloud cuckoo land !
