Nonsense they are the most complained about ISP,and the number of complaints mentioned are only the ones made to the ISP review

I signed up
great package , esp loved the tv, which for me was better tha sky ( price/ useable content / VOD) .
However the 3 in one package system needs 3-4 meg speed to run - otherwise both internet and TV dies , and whilst bt orange and o2 can provide a stable signal here - tiscali for some reason could not , so had to cancel TV ..
then the problems started , as 4 months of incorrect billing - warned them last month I will cancel ( without fee) if still wrong, but it was again.
Idea is great , and I'm sure in some areas the signal is strong enough.
Install service was good
UK / irish call centre good
