There should be a clause for people to get out of the contract if this is the case. I doubt it will lead to people taking advantage of it, the networks know where their reception is very poor and where there is none. The sales people in shops will tell you there is good reception but not that there is none, i have had this problem before and i was lucky to work it to my advantageend the tv tax0

I don't see how that can apply in this case, as the OP has moved to an address where there is no reception.No free lunch, and no free laptop
