That was my opinion of somebody to try. As I had had a success I have had a successful claim with Peter. I did not get charged anything up front or any other costs I got all my money back plus interest plus damages on a case I was not able to take to the FOS and the lender was being awkward.

    Your point being:confused:.
How have you got on with M and S?

I give this advice as per double glazing salesperson.:)

I hoped to assist Boo but was unable to in the end because there was no PPI on the agreement. Sadly there has to be a minimum of £2500 of single premium PPI for us to offer our free service. I was attempting to buck that basic issue but the lawyers would not bend.
Apologies to Boo for the delay in finding out and advising of the problem.
I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.

However, I have since seen the light.

Try reading Booi666's post on 28-03-09 he had been recommended a claims manager by someone on here.

For your information I am in the salaries & benefits area of Financial Management ie nothing to do with Insurance, reclaiming PPI or the legal side of this.
just because you are recommended to something it does not mean you have to go with this, nobody was pushed into this, we can all make our own minds up. i feel sorry for boo but at the end of the day it was down to boo what choice was made, this is a site for trying to help people, not by dragging others down. glad i am not a newbie otherwise i would not use this site again, what you have stated was not nice , if you know who this person is and they have MADE somebody do something they did not want to do, your conscience should dictate that you name and shame. because i would in your position

I am trying to protect newbies from thinking that they need to use a claims management company, this forum is supposed to be free from advertising, maybe if we had a moderator it would stop mentions of companies used.

And that is just what you are doing recommending negative advice.
We are also protecting newbies. Every post you have posted on here lately Nat has been negative. Why bother. If you want to help people then that would be wonderful.

If you read through the rest of the posts you will see we have the needs of the people at heart. You are picking on little words and posts and it is childish and negative please desist.

As you work for a financial company you may be able to give positive advice on here to help others which would be beneficial . Is that advice or opinion?

As I said I do not have any experience of insurance & PPI through my work which does not involve these areas.

I have observed reclaiming companies for expenses & taxes claims come into work & make claims to being able to reclaim thousands from the Taxman, if the individual contacted wages or the Tax Office they could do it themselves & not be charged 40% for the priviledge.
