FYI - USD LIBORs tumbled between 3 and 5pts today

Except of course if your mortgage is linked to it. Are the banks passing it on?,I guess not, not until it starts to go back up again!.

Now down 30 basis points since HSBC decided not to pass on the last interest rate cuts - but after all they are a business so why shouldn't they screw their svr customers...

How can it be irrelevant if your mortgage is linked to it?

Mine is and it matters a lot as I am fixed xpoints above LIBOR every 3 months.

Mine too and I watch the Libor every day to see how my 5 deals change between May and Sept.
This thread is very usefull to me as its quicker than waiting for other web sites to upload figures.

Its good to see it getting closer to the base rate every day as well
