    Now down 30 basis points since HSBC decided not to pass on the last interest rate cuts - but after all they are a business so why shouldn't they screw their svr customers...

    How can it be irrelevant if your mortgage is linked to it?

    Mine is and it matters a lot as I am fixed xpoints above LIBOR every 3 months.
    I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

    Mine too and I watch the Libor every day to see how my 5 deals change between May and Sept.
    This thread is very usefull to me as its quicker than waiting for other web sites to upload figures.

    Its good to see it getting closer to the base rate every day as well
