Wanadoo broadband !!! Grrrrr !!!!

I just called Wandoo to tell them I am moving home - and not only are they going to charge me £25 to move addresses, they are also not able to reconnect my internet service for 20 days !!! Three weeks of no service yet they still require me to pay my monthly fee !!!
I am so annoyed with Wanadoo lately. I spent two hours on the phone attempting to resolve a slow connection the other week - the advice they gave was to connect to a website to do a speed test !!! Duh, I had no connection. It took me two hours of going through to foreign call centres until I got through to a lovely Newcastle based guy who was more than happy to skip all the channels and fix the problem within a couple of minutes.
My main problem at the moment, is I am tied to a 12 month contract !! Can I pay the contract off and move providers ???
