Ebay took item off listing even though authentic product

Thanks, I was sent an email by one of the assistants at CL, Paris confirming the authenticity, so I can show that to Ebay. It's quite obvious that whoever contacted Ebay saying my shoes were fakes were clearly selling a similar item and were trying to get rid fo the competition.

Will re-list them again this weekend.

I thought they refuse to do authenticity checks as the amount of fakes ?What email address did you contact them on ?

Can I just clarify that they confirmed they were real without actually seeing them then?

I sent them clear photos of the shoes and the Artistic Director of CL, Paris emailed me back to say they were authentic.

I'm hoping that's good enough for Ebay.
