Someone on Loquax suggested that they may have pooled the entries from the "glitch period" and picked winners from that, instead of from the time period you entered.

The terms say losers will not be informed so I think it is strange, maybe the ISP has told them to inform people now who haven't won
or they pressed the wrong button
