VG has the details in her comping guide, so I've used a quotation from it if you want the info

Just rang unilever about expected delivery times for cards and was told to wait "30 working days" - this is despite the terms and conditions stating "receive their Card within 30 days of claiming ..." so now theyre saying it takes 6 weeks to deliver a card???!!! I am beyond words...0
