I have been promised my cards this week, although I don't tend to believe them nowdays

VG has the details in her comping guide, so I've used a quotation from it if you want the info

just email him directly

he might give you a standard reply as he has so many complaints with this comp, but on others he usually can get more involved as there are less complaints

Just rang unilever about expected delivery times for cards and was told to wait "30 working days" - this is despite the terms and conditions stating "receive their Card within 30 days of claiming ..." so now theyre saying it takes 6 weeks to deliver a card???!!! I am beyond words...
