Yes, when the credit on your card reaches zero, it's all gone and there's none left. When that point comes, you can't spend any more money using that card or buy anything with it. I had this problem and tried the years above and below mine, and the date and months above and below and it worked. I suggest trying this :j

Thanks I was wondering if you could top it up or anything. I wasn't suggesting trying to spend money that wasn't there.

i got 8 cards today, all activated fine. was a bit of a pain at first working through the numbers!
